2024 Honda Amaze Interior, Exterior Revealed

The new-generation Honda Amaze has started arriving at dealerships ahead of its market launch, scheduled for December 4, 2024. This time, we’ve received the clearest images of the new model, revealing all its exterior and interior details. Painted in a striking blue color, the 2024 Honda Amaze showcases a completely redesigned front fascia. It features a newly designed grille with a hexagonal pattern, a tweaked bumper, LED projector headlamps with DRLs, a fog lamp assembly with a black surround, and an upright bonnet.

Similar to the Elevate, the new Amaze sports a chrome strip running above the headlamps. Moving to its side profile, the compact sedan largely resembles its current generation. However, the new machined alloy wheels give a refreshing touch. The new images also highlight the rear section, which features sleek LED taillamps, a shark-fin antenna, and bumper-integrated reflectors.

While the interior layout remains largely unchanged, the 2024 Honda Amaze comes with a newly designed dashboard featuring patterned accents. It has a dual-tone black and beige theme with beige seat upholstery. A floating touchscreen infotainment system, likely borrowed from the Elevate, can be seen. This unit is expected to support wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity. The steering wheel design has also been refreshed. Read: Upcoming Honda Cars In India

A major upgrade for the new Amaze is the addition of Honda Sensing ADAS, a first-in-segment feature. Additionally, it will be equipped with a lane watch camera and features such as a single-pane sunroof, a rear-view camera, a wireless phone charger, and six airbags.

Under the hood, the new Honda Amaze will continue with the same 1.2L naturally aspirated petrol engine found in its current generation. Paired with a 5-speed manual or a CVT automatic gearbox, the motor delivers 89bhp and 110Nm of torque.

Once launched, the new Amaze will directly compete with the Maruti Suzuki Dzire, which recently underwent a generation change. It will be interesting to see how the two models fare in the market. While the new Dzire offers a sunroof for the first time and scored a 5-star GNCAP safety rating, the Amaze counters with improved styling, ADAS, and a host of new features.
