PGRS in Eluru from today, says Collector

Eluru District Collector Vetriselvi K., on Sunday, said that the Public Grievance Redressal System (PGRS), which addresses and resolves complaints from the public, will be implemented at mandal, divisional, and municipal levels, starting Monday. 

“We will be conducting the PGRS at the mandal, divisional, and municipal levels, alongside the district headquarters,” she said.

Grievance petitioners should be aware that they can submit their complaints at the nearest mandal, divisional, and municipal offices. The government has decentralised the PGRS to bring governance closer to the people at the mandal, divisional, and municipal levels. The public were requested to utilise the opportunity, she said.
