MH section of roads is pathetic, the moment we entered CG, we covered some distance and I must say, Rapid is an incredible highway cruiser.

Call of the Wild by Skoda!
Skoda India organized a 4-day expedition in central India, from 28th November to 1st December 2024. The event was named Call of the Wild!. It was BYOC (bring your own car) event, most of such meet-ups happen in either Mumbai or Goa, so this time it was decided that we should pick a place which is accessible from different parts of the country. The objective was to meet at the center of India i.e. Nagpur, drive in a convoy in & around Nagpur, and then visit Pench National Park. The planning for the same started way back in October and it was organized in collaboration with Mountain Goat Expedition. The drive was open to anyone who has an interest in road trips & owns a Skoda, it was a paid expedition but it was well worth it. The best part was, We were a convoy of 15+ cars, participants from Chennai, Hyderabad, Sangli, Mumbai, Bangalore to Raipur, and the age group included a young 4-years old to 70+ young members. The day was all about reaching Radisson Blu Nagpur, finish registration, sticker your car, and enjoy your evening with good food & good people.
