Officials from the Telangana Drugs Control Administration (DCA) searched an unlicensed clinic in Warangal being run by a person alleged to be a quack. They uncovered a stockpile of drugs intended for sale.
During the operation, authorities discovered 25 varieties of medicines, including antibiotics, steroids and analgesics, stored on the premises without a valid drug license. The seized stock, valued at ₹10,800, included antibiotics such as Ofloxacin, Cefixime and Gentamicin, as well as steroids like Dexamethasone injections.
DCA officials collected samples for analysis and stated that further investigations are under way. Legal action will be taken against all offenders involved, according to an official release.
