Temperatures Rise Following Cold Spell


Hyderabad experienced a shift in weather patterns, with temperatures increasing after a recent cold phase.

According to the latest forecast from the India Meteorological Department (IMD), the maximum temperature in the city reached 30.6 degrees Celsius on Wednesday, slightly above the seasonal average by 2 degrees Celsius. The minimum temperature stood at 15 degrees Celsius against the normal 14.5 degrees Celsius.

Over the next week, Hyderabad is set to witness generally warm conditions with fluctuating temperatures. The minimum temperature is expected to range between 15 degrees Celsius and 17 degrees Celsius, while maximum temperatures are forecasted to hover around 29 degrees Celsius to 31 degrees Celsius.

Partial cloud cover and hazy conditions are expected during this time. Light rainfall is also likely on Friday and Saturday, as per the forecast.

Relative humidity levels recorded on Wednesday were at 36 per cent during the evening and 78 per cent in the early morning.

Analyzing the recent trend, maximum temperatures have consistently been above normal, while minimum temperatures have remained closer to seasonal averages.
