Toyota had also got the bZ4X BEV at the 2025 Auto Expo. The bZ4X is a compact SUV and has the distinction of being Toyota’s first all-electric mass-market vehicle. This car has been jointly-developed with the Subaru Solterra. It is possible that the Japanese carmaker is considering to launch this EV in India later and has displayed it at the Bharat Mobility Expo to gauge potential response to the car.
The bZ4X comes with a curvy design that is futuristic but not over-the-top like other EVs in the market:
The fascia comes with sleek headlamps, a small grille at the bottom of the bumper and vertical air deflectors on the sides:
From the sides, the bZ4X’s crossover styling is more apparent. Also note rear haunches along with the different character lines:
The charing port is located on the LHS front fender:
The rear comes with wrap around tail lamps, a small spoiler and 6 parking sensors (2 on the sides could be for the 360-parking):
The bZ4X comes with connected tail lamps, a chrome T logo in the middle and name and powertrain badging on either sides. This particulate variant is configured with dual motors and gets AWD. Toyota also offers a single-motor version:
