Hyderabad:It’s been more than a month since the Sandhya theatre stampede and the young boy Sri Teja, who fell unconscious on that day, is still undergoing treatment at a private hospital in Secunderabad.
As per the latest health update, the eight-year-old is stable and responding well. However, he is being fed through a tube in his nose.
“He is more awake now and less restless, but he still does not recognise his family or respond consistently to voices,” said the doctors overseeing his treatment at the hospital.
The incident occurred on December 4, in which Sri Teja’s mother lost her life during the special screening of Pushpa 2. Lead actor Allu Arjun, an accused in the case, is currently on bail.
