Galaxy S25 series demand is going through the roof, according to data shared by Samsung today. The South Korean giant revealed that it has secured more than 4,30,000 pre-orders for the S25 series, which is 20 percent higher compared to the Galaxy S24 series last year.
The Galaxy S25 lineup, which has three models, the 6.2-inch Galaxy S25, 6.7-inch Galaxy S25 Plus, and 6.9-inch flagship Galaxy S25 Ultra with S-Pen, was launched globally on January 22/23. Samsung kicked-off pre-orders on the same day with some attractive offers including benefits worth up to Rs 21,000.
“Galaxy S25 Ultra, Galaxy S25 Plus and Galaxy S25 smartphones set a new standard as true AI companions with Samsung’s most natural and context-aware mobile experiences ever created,” Raju Pullan, Senior Vice President, MX Division, Samsung India said in a statement shared with financialexpress.com over email.
The demand has been particularly strong among young tech-savvy consumers, Pullan highlighted. Samsung has expanded its distribution network to meet the growing demand for the S25, S25 Plus, and S25 Ultra, he added. All the devices are being manufactured locally at its Noida factory.
“This year, we widened our flagship distribution network to 17,000 outlets, which has helped us tap demand in smaller cities.”
The Galaxy S25 series officially goes on sale in India from today and is available across retail stores and on Samsung.com as well as other online platforms like Flipkart and Amazon.
The Galaxy S25 comes in a choice of 12GB/256GB and 12GB/512GB for Rs 80,999 and Rs 92,999. The Galaxy S25 Plus comes in the same memory configurations with a price of Rs 99,999 (12GB/256GB) and Rs 1,11,999 (12GB/512GB). The Galaxy S25 Ultra starts at Rs 1,29,999 for 12G/256GB going up to Rs 1,41,999 for 12GB/512GB and Rs 1,65,999 for 12GB/1TB respectively.
