The services of Visakhapatnam-Gorakhpur-Visakhapatnam Maha Kumbh special express is being extended by two more trips by East Coast Railway (E Co R) in view of the demand of the public and to clear extra rush of passengers, pilgrims and devotees participating in the festival.
Train no. 08588 Visakhapatnam- Gorakhpur Special Express will leave Visakhapatnam on February 10 and 22 at 10.20 p.m., and will reach Gorakhpur on February 12 and 24 respectively at 7.30 p.m.
In the return direction, 08587 Gorakhpur -Visakhapatnam Special Express, will leave Gorakhpur at 5.45 p.m. on February 13 and 25 and will arrive in Visakhapatnam on February 15 and 27 respectively at 3.55 p.m., according to K. Saandeep, Senior Divisional Commercial Manager of Waltair Division.

Composition
This special train will have 2nd AC coaches – 4, 3rd AC Economy coaches – 3, Sleeper Class coaches – 8, General Second Class Sitting coaches – 4, Second class cum luggage/ Disabled coach-1 and Generator Motor Car-1.
Travelling public have been asked to make use of these special train services.
