Vijayawada: Around 60,000 passengers from Vijayawada region travelled to Prayagraj to take part in the ongoing Maha Kumbh Mela, through 115 special and regular trains from Jan, 2025 till Feb 21, 2025 operated by the Vijayawada zone of the South Central Railways. Railway authorities said these trains have been operated via Prayagraj Cheoki to important destinations like Gaya, Azamgarh, Banaras, Danapur. TNN
