Can Atlee Break the Deadly Curse with Allu Arjun?

Some films create hype even before an official announcement, and one such project is the rumored collaboration between Allu Arjun and Tamil director Atlee. Over the past few days, several speculations have surfaced about this film.

However, since Salman Khan was rejected by Sun Pictures for not being commercially viable anymore, Atlee decided to proceed with Allu Arjun’s film first.

On the other hand, Bunny’s schedule is now clear for this project. While he also has a film lined up with Trivikram, the script for that movie is not ready yet.

Meanwhile, reports indicate that Atlee’s film will have five heroines, including Janhvi Kapoor and international actresses. The casting process has reportedly begun, and the team is looking to finalize two foreign actresses soon, followed by two more Indian heroines.

Allu Arjun recently traveled abroad for special training related to this project and has now returned. Given Atlee’s success with mass-action entertainers like Jawan, expectations for this “AAA” project are sky-high.

Atlee is known for his high-energy mass elements, and Bunny is already an icon in the genre.

If this collaboration happens, it could be a massive pan-India blockbuster. Fans are now eagerly waiting for an official announcement to see what Atlee and Allu Arjun have in store.

However, there is a looming question—can Atlee break the curse of Tamil directors failing in Telugu? Shankar, Venkat Prabhu, Lingusamy, and Samuthirakani have all struggled to deliver even a passable film in Tollywood.

We have to see if Atlee turns out to be that rare Tamil director who is successful in delivering a blockbuster film with a Telugu star.
