New Renault Duster – 5 Expected Changes

Bigster-Inspired Design
Drawing Inspiration from the Dacia Bigster, the forthcoming Duster will feature a design characterized by its boxy and imposing stature. This SUV is poised to showcase a redesigned front grille, sleek LED headlamps, a fresh bumper with integrated aluminum skid plates, and prominently flared fenders. While the front doors will retain conventional handles, the rear will sport C-pillar mounted door handles. The rear profile is expected to undergo revisions, introducing triangular-shaped taillamps and a new bumper.
Three-Row Version
Reports indicate that the next-generation Renault Duster will be available in both 5-seater and 7-seater configurations. The 5-seater variant will contend with rivals like the Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, Maruti Grand Vitara, and Honda Elevate, while the 7-seater Duster will enter a direct competition with upcoming three-row SUVs from Maruti Suzuki and Toyota.

All-New Platform
Undergoing a significant transformation, the Duster will shift to a fresh CMF-B modular platform, which will serve as the foundation for Renault’s future offerings. All Renault models utilizing this new platform will share common elements, including axle design, floor structure, cabin layout, and mechanical components. This platform versatility will allow the company to interchange components between vehicles, adapting them to various markets and customer needs, while also adhering to global emission and safety standards.
