A shocking case of elder abuse has surfaced in Bengaluru, where Dr. Priyadarshini N, a doctor at Victoria Government Hospital, has been accused of assaulting her elderly in-laws. The incident, which took place on March 10 at around 8:15 PM, was captured on video and has sparked outrage on social media.
According to reports, Dr. Priyadarshini had been harassing her in-laws for over a decade, forcing them to leave their own home and live in a rented house. A court had ruled that she had no right to visit them, yet she allegedly barged into their home with her two children and physically attacked them.

Her 80-year-old father-in-law, a heart patient, was allegedly kicked and stamped upon, while her mother-in-law, a cancer survivor, was dragged by her mangalsutra for several minutes.
Following the incident, an FIR was registered at Annapurneshwarinagar Police Station (Case No. 0094/2025). Authorities have summoned Dr. Priyadarshini for further investigation.
