Rajahmundry: A shocking incident of rape came to light in Rajahmundry, where a 45-year-old man repeatedly raped his 15-year-old daughter.
According to reports, the man got married 17 years ago and had three daughters. However, due to differences, his wife left him, taking their daughters with her. For the past three years, the 15-year-old daughter had been living with her father to care for him.
Recently, teachers at her school noticed her withdrawn behavior and inquired about the reason. The Class 8 student broke down and revealed that her father had been raping her for several months.
She told the teachers that the first incident occurred a few months ago when her father was in a drunken state. Since then, he repeatedly sexually assaulted her.
The school authorities immediately reported the incident to the higher authorities and helped the girl file a complaint with the Three Town police station. The police have booked a case under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.
The accused father is currently at large, and the police are searching for him.
