‘Dubai chocolate’ bar gives the flavours of chocolate, pistachio and tahini with filo pastry

Hyderabad: Viral Dubai chocolate bar which gives the flavours of chocolate, pistachio and tahini with filo pastry was created bu Fix Dessert Chocolatier in Dubai. It went viral on the social media platform Tik Tok by a user Maria Vehera in 2023.
Craving creation
Fix Dessert makers Yezen Alani and his wife Sarah Hamouda created this chocolate bar with fillings. The idea was created by Sarah Hamouda in 2021, with her pregnancy cravings.
They initiative for the development of the bar made with unusual fillings and flavours. It costs around £15 which can only be bought during specific hours of the day. The bar was firstly branded as ‘Can’t Get Knafeh of It’, later nick named as ‘Dubai chocolate’.
The Chocolate bar with bright colour and special flavours which gives visual appeal goes trending on social media platforms such as Tik tok and instagram by the influencers. Lindt manufacturers also started producing and marketing this Chocolate bar and other brands have started to sell their versions in the UK.
