It is known that Telangana chief minister Revanth Reddy is currently on a trip to Japan as he is observing the social infrastructure there and devise a plan to emulate something similar in Hyderabad.
Incidentally, Revanth Reddy is taking part in the Japan Expo 2025 and his reorientation means that Telangana is the first Indian state to take part in this expo. This will give Revanth Reddy is the nature of advantage to invite potential investments and also present the Telangana model at the global level.
He also outlined key infrastructure projects, including the 370-km long Regional Ring Road and Radial Roads connecting the RRR and the ORR, forming the base for some of the largest dedicated manufacturing zones in India.
Telangana delegation made a strong pitch for investments in Telangana across a wide range of sectors and initiatives – spanning the circular economy, urban infrastructure, environmental rejuvenation, the River Musi project, the Regional Ring Road and Radial Roads, the expansion of the Metro Rail, Future City developments, and industries including software, futuristic technologies such as AI, pharmaceuticals, bulk drugs, tourism, textiles, agriculture, and green power, among others.
Revanth Reddy further briefed about the investment opportunities in the ORR-RRR segmentation that would be a breeding ground for manufacturing units. He assured all possible support to the Japanese government and also private companies on behalf of Telangana government.
