Nizamabad: Nizamabad commissioner of police P. Sai Chaitanya announced strict restrictions on the use of drones within the commissionerate limits due to law and order concerns. Use of drones will be closely monitored and prior approval from both the police department and aviation authorities is mandatory for anyone seeking to operate them.
He also imposed limits on sound levels, stating that sound systems must not exceed 55 decibels in the Nizamabad district. DJs are required to keep their systems below this limit between 6 am and 10 pm. Organisers of meetings and processions in Nizamabad, Bodhan and Armoor police divisions must obtain prior permission from the police department, he said. These restrictions will be in force from May 16 to 31. The commissioner warned that violators would face criminal action.
