KURNOOL: Acting on the instructions of Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu, financial assistance was extended to Thagaram Gopal, who is suffering from a blood-related disease. A cheque for `5 lakh was handed over by district collector P. Ranjit Basha on Sunday as immediate medical support.
During the Chief Minister’s visit to Kurnool on Saturday, Thagaram Suvarnamma, a resident of Nelatalamarri village in Devanakonda mandal, appealed to the CM for help for her husband, who requires treatment costing ₹12 lakh, including expensive injections. Responding promptly, the Chief Minister directed the district collector to provide financial assistance to support Gopal’s medical treatment.
