With this being said, Darius Garland has a chance of missing the beginning of the 2025-26 season but is expected to make a full recovery from the injury.
His presence in Cleveland’s back court helped the Cavaliers finish with a 64-18 record last season.
He was able to secure his second All-Star bid, averaging 20.6 points, 2.9 rebounds, 6.7 assists, and 1.2 steals in 72 games played.
Garland was the only player in the NBA last season to average at least 20 points per game, a 47% field-goal percentage, 40% three-point percentage, and 87% free-throw percentage.
