The Elite was the best looking version of i20 ever. Hopefully, Hyundai brings back it’s good design language again soon

1st service/inspection update
Sorry for posting late to the forum, been a bit involved in my personal life lately and therefore didn’t get the time to update the thread.
Anyways, the 1st service is basically a checkup and a wash. Quite an usual affair, took an appointment prior, visited the ASC at time, met my trusted SA and GM who took in the car, asked if I had any issues with the car which I had none to report, they carried out their usual procedure and returned the car within an hour or so. Total damage to wallet- Nil.
Apart from that, thoroughly enjoying to drive the car, yes it ain’t the most powerful of cars, doesn’t offer you a commanding driving position like a CSUV but for what it is, a premium hatch, it delivers quite nicely, extremely well controlled NVH, terrific sound system, slick touchscreen, premium feeling interiors, a bone chilling air con and decently good looks however I’ll definitely say, the Elite i20 was the best looking hatch India ever got and well this new i20, doesn’t look bad but just lacks the timeless elegance of the Elite, at least that’s what is my opinion.
Apart from that I wanna share an interesting story, my new i20 is definitely behaving like my girlfriend and even shows me a bit of attitude when things don’t go her way. Let me share an incidence from a couple of days ago, when I pulled over at a Shell fuel station to fill her up, I initially promised her to feed VPower but I don’t know what got into me, I asked the attendant to fill normal unleaded only despite the fact that he asked me TWICE, as if i20 was telling him to do otherwise . Post refill, something happened and my head got lightly banged against her A pillar which had never happened to me till date , her anger wasn’t over yet, after some time, she threw a TPMS warning on the cluster and since it was raining cats and dogs in the city, I didn’t take chance and went straight to my tyre store where they checked the tyre thoroughly and you won’t believe, there was ZERO puncture or anything like that, they just refilled nitrogen and I had to pay the labour charges, so if you add this up with the overall extra fuel I burnt, feeding her with VPower would’ve turned out cheaper. Apologised her and promised her to always feed VPower henceforth. I don’t know if she’s forgiven me now, will get her washed today and head out for a movie tommorow and hopefully it calms her down.
Look how she’s frowning upon me since I filled her up with standard unleaded instead of her favourite V Power.
However if I give a deep thought about her behaviour it might be the fact that she loves me so much that she’s training me to how to behave with girls and how to maintain a healthy relationship coz she knows somebody whom I love from the core of my heart is gonna come into my life soon and I better take good care of her
