– The new-gen Renault Duster is one of the most-anticipated upcoming Renault cars in India. Production of the SUV is likely to start in September 2025, with its market launch scheduled for early 2026. Based on the CMF-B platform, the new Duster will be offered with petrol and strong hybrid powertrain options. However, the hybrid version is expected to arrive within 12 months of its petrol model’s launch.

– The French automaker will also foray in the EV space with a small car, which is likely to be the Renault Kwid EV. The Kwid EV is already on sale in select global markets as Dacia Spring EV.
– The new-generation Renault Kiger and Triber are planned for FY2027. Both models are expected to come with significantly improved styling and upgraded interior. The carmaker will also introduce the electric version of the Kiger and Triber alongside their generational upgrades.
– As per media reports, Renault is evaluating a C-segment electric SUV, which is expected to come within the price range of Rs 15 lakh – Rs 20 lakh. It’s expected to be based on the Duster and will rival the Hyundai Creta EV and Maruti e Vitara.
