The shooting of Sivakarthikeyan’s Parasakthi, directed by Sudha Kongara, is now happening at a fast pace, and the Parasakthi team has officially announced that the movie is going to be released for Pongal 2026.
In this scenario, yesterday, as a birthday special for director Sudha Kongara, the Parasakthi team has released a 33-second BTS video from the sets of Parasakthi, which has now gone viral.

Earlier buzz suggested that due to an ED raid against Aakash Baskaran’s Dawn Pictures, the shooting of Parasakthi was shelved. However, now the shooting has resumed, and the team has confirmed it by releasing a fiery BTS video.
Many trade experts are pointing out that Sivakarthikeyan’s last release, Amaran, collected around 350 crores worldwide and became the highest-grossing movie in his career.

Therefore, Parasakthi will perform even better at the box office collections, as Ravi Mohan and Sreeleela are acting alongside Sivakarthikeyan in Parasakthi, and also the movie has a huge hype amongst the audiences.
