Introduction
Continuing from where I left offthese posts are around our experiences in the three mountains, tickets to which were included in the Swiss Travel Pass. What will unfold here is experiences, some useful bits of information to potential travellers, and some interesting trivia! There are a few videos that I captured – please view them in the highest resolution that you can.

Getting to Stanserhorn
- Train from Zurich HB to Lucerne (Lucerne)
- At Luzern, shift to the meter gauge platforms 12-14 for the next train to Engelberg
- Alight from the train at Stans, which isn’t too far away
- Walk approx 10 mins. from Stans station to the funicular boarding point to take the funicular up to an intermediate stand called Kalti
- Double decker cable car (CabriO) from Kalti all the way up to Mt. Stanserhorn

From Stans station, walk forward in the direction of the train, turn right at the level crossing, and keep walking, following directions to the Stans base station to board a funicular; can also walk opp to direction of the train, turn left at the second level crossing to go straight to the base station
