Kuberaa, starring Dhanush, Nagarjuna, and Rashmika Mandanna, was released in theaters on June 20. Now, it’s heading to OTT much sooner than expected. Despite its star-studded cast and the promise of a socially driven narrative, the film wrapped up its theatrical run rather quickly.
Amazon Prime Video will premiere “”Kuberaa on July 18, less than a month after its theatrical debut. Announcing the digital release, the streaming platform wrote on social media: “A simple man, and the not-so-simple journey of his redemption arc. #KuberaaOnPrime, July 18.”
This marked Sekhar Kammula’s first pan-Indian project. While the Telugu version had a decent run, the film received a lukewarm response in other languages.
