Hyderabad: The Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (Credai) on Sunday said that it has successfully generated leads worth Rs.400 crore during its three-day Hyderabad Property Show 2025, underlining the strength, credibility, and diversity of Hyderabad’s real estate sector.
The event attracted more than 50,000 visitors and brought together over 70 reputed developers showcasing more than 300 RERA-approved projects, including apartments, villas, plots, and commercial spaces.
The event was inaugurated by Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy, who reiterated the government’s focus on strengthening infrastructure, enabling transparent investments, and positioning Telangana as a growth-driven state.
Union minister for coal and mines G. Kishan Reddy visited the event for its closing ceremony.
N. Jaideep Reddy, president, Credai Hyderabad, said the show is unique as it featured only RERA-registered projects from Credai member developers. “The diverse range of properties offered home buyers ample choice,” he said.
He requested Kishan Reddy to persuade the Central government to reconsider its decision to impose higher GST on critical input materials like cement and provide additional tax incentives for the housing sector to encourage cost reduction and home purchases.
The Credai members said such incentives would ease the burden on buyers. “We also seek the support of the central government for faster environmental clearances to speed up development,” said Jaideep Reddy.
He said the next property show will be held at the Hitex Exhibition Centre between February 13 and 15, 2026.
B. Jagannath Rao, president-elect, Credai Hyderabad, said the overwhelming response to the property show, despite challenges and adverse climate conditions, highlights the city’s market resilience and Credai’s role as a trusted industry platform.
