Head hit 5 boundaries in one over
Deepak Chahar was hit for a four by mid-wicket with the first ball of his second over. He bowled a full toss and Head was not going to miss it. Deepak over-pitched the second ball and Head sent it past the bowler for four. He could not score any runs on the third ball. Head sent the fourth ball over deep square leg for a six. Even on the last two balls of the over, Head hit a four against Deepak Chahar. In this way, the head of the match of the World Cup final scored 22 runs in Deepak Chahar's over.
Before this, Deepak could not do anything special in batting also. He had to return without opening his account on two balls. He took 10 wickets in 5 matches of the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy held in October.
