BHPian ironbond recently shared this with other enthusiasts:Update on my 2025 Virtus GT Line MT The car is inching closer to 2000 kms as we speak (should be there in the next day or two, haha) And it has been an incredible experience. Did a few solo trips for work, along with my tri-weekly joy rides at night, and every time I drive it, I end up driving it harder than the last time I drove it! No wonder people who buy VWs can’t drive anything else… I brake later, accelerate quickly and take turns at speeds I can’t even imagine considering in my old car. Also got my first Service/SWAGAT service done at the local VW dealer in Ahmedabad. I did end up taking my car there at around 1600 kms on the odo (instead of the prescribed 1200kms) but it was mostly fine. The service experience was smooth, the SA was cordial and apart from a 4-hour wait for the service to be done, I felt no problems. Best part was reaching home and finding the cute Car Care kit offered complimentary, kept in my boot neatly. I may sound like a broken record but man oh man, I love this car! Fuel efficiency has come down to 14-16kmpl, now that I am properly pushing it. I still check oil and coolant levels every 500 kms, and make sure only to put XP95 petrol in spurts of 30 litres (minimum) and not run the car even remotely close to E. Leaving you all with a fun picture outside McDonald’s, where I couldn’t stop staring at my car (I can’t stop staring at it, irrespective and my entire phone library is full of pictures of my Virtus).
