Fifth edition of Times Property Expo 2025 kicks off in Gachibowli

Hyderabad: The fifth edition of Times Property Expo 2025 kicked off in the city on Saturday, bringing together over 25 prominent developers from Hyderabad and across Telangana. Inaugurating the expo at the Sandhya Convention Centre in Gachibowli, minister Ponnam Prabhakar said: “The govt is ensuring that building permissions and approvals are processed smoothly, so that investors and homebuyers face no hurdles.” Organised by The Times Of India, the two-day event showcased more than 125 residential and commercial projects. Notable participants include Aparna Constructions, Cybercity Builders, ASBL, My Home Constructions, Manjeera Constructions, Praneeth Group, Shriram Properties, Aditya Constructions, LT Realty, and Prestige Group. Visitors can compare, evaluate, and shortlist properties under one roof, saving significant time and effort.The minister further said: “This property show should benefit the people of Hyderabad and also enhance the city’s brand image as a growing real estate and heritage hub.” “This expo is not just a property showcase; it is a platform for discussion, inspiration, and investment. Buyers and exhibitors can explore apartments, villas, and diverse projects, connect directly with developers, and gain guidance on home loans, financing, and legal regulations,” Ponnam Prabhakar added.Speaking about the city’s growth, N Jaideep Reddy, spokesperson for the Times Property Expo, said, “Hyderabad is growing in all directions wherever there is good connectivity, infrastructure, and greenery. While the western corridor has traditionally been the focus, the northern and other parts of the city are now seeing substantial development and investment opportunities.”Venkat Ravi from Aparna Construction shared that after a dip in the last few years, the real estate has started to pick up again.“We’re noticing increased inquiries from end-users and investors alike, especially in projects that offer modern amenities and easy connectivity. This renewed interest signals a healthy revival for the sector,” he added.The Times Property Expo, with free entry for all, is expected to attract a large number of potential homebuyers and investors over the weekend.
