Norton Motorcycles is all set to unveil a new superbike next month at EICMA – the Norton V4. It is currently in its final phase of testing and was recently spotted in the UK. The Norton V4 is said to be based on a brand-new chassis suspended by a USD fork in the front and a single-sided swingarm with a mono-shock in the rear. Unlike other Norton bikes, the new V4 has a modern design. It has an aggressive fairing with sharp-looking LED headlamps, twin underside exhausts and a short tail section. While technical details are still under wraps, reports suggest that the Norton V4 superbike could be powered by a 1,199cc V4 engine producing more than 200 BHP. Norton Motorcycles is owned by TVS. The upcoming Norton V4 is one of four new models the company plans to launch in India. Source:MCN
