Some flats and land parcels, including commercial plots, in some parts of Hyderabad, would be auctioned by theTelangana Housing Board next week.
On Monday (October 6, 2025), 22 residential plots and flats in Chintal (Quthbullarpur) and Bachuaplly would be publicly auctioned; 18 Mid Income Group (MIG) and High Income Group plots in Chintal and four flats in Bachupally.
KPHB
E-auction of four commercial plots in Kukatpally Housing Board’s (KPHB) Phase I and II would be held on October 7 and 8. One of the plots measures 726 square yards, the others are 2,397 square yards, 2,420 square yards and 6,549 square yards.
Nampally
A commercial plot, measuring 1,148 square yards in Nampally would be auctioned online on October 8, said the Housing Board officials.
Besides, e-auction would be held for a commercial plot in Chintal measuring 10,890 square yards on October 9 and 10. On the same days, land parcels measuring 13,503 square yards, 5,953.20 square yards and 3,630 square yards in Raviryal of Maheshwaram mandal would be sold too.
The corporation has also issued notifications to sell land parcels in Sadhashivpet of Sangareddy, Jugulamba Gadwal, Nizamabad and other districts.
