The Grand Prix will be held at the Lusail International Circuit on the weekend of 28-30 November. Following the disqualification of the McLaren cars at Las Vegas, we head into the last 2 rounds of the season with Lando Norris (McLaren) leading the WDC with 390 points. Teammate Oscar Piastri is in second place with 366 points. Red Bull’s Max Verstappen has caught up and has 366 points as well. This means that the championship fight could go right down to the last race in Abu Dhabi. Any one of the three drivers could be crowned champion. George Russell (Mercedes) is placed fourth with 294 points. Ferrari’s Charles Leclerc has 226 points and is in fifth place. In the WCC, McLaren has 756 points and has long won the championship. The battle for second place between Mercedes, Red Bull and Ferrari is still on. The three teams have 431, 391 and 378 points, respectively. Williams, with 121 points, is in fifth place.
