God of Masses Nandamuri Balakrishna and Boyapati Srinu combination is expected to create Box office tsunami with Akhanda 2. Now, the Government of Andhra Pradesh has issued a crucial Government Order sanctioning an increase in cinema ticket rates for the highly anticipated film.
The G.O. permits a ticket rate increase for a period of ten days from the release date, which is set for December 5, 2025. The approved hike is ₹75/- over the regular admission rates for Single Screen theaters and ₹100/- for Multiplex cinemas.
Additionally, the government has granted permission for special ‘Benefit Shows’ on December 4, 2025, between 10:00 PM and 1:00 AM, with tickets priced at a flat rate of ₹600/-. This strategic ticket pricing is expected to maximize the box office collections for the film’s opening week, capitalizing on the massive craze surrounding the sequel to the 2021 blockbuster Akhanda.
14 Reels Plus have produced the film and NBK is playing Aghora yet again in this one. His screen presence, get-up and powerful acting will be a huge plus for the film. Boyapati Srinu has made this movie as a tribute to Lord Shiva and Indian Sanatana Dharma. Samyuktha, Aadi Pinisetty are playing other important roles.
