Chinmayi’s conflict with certain section of men on X (formerly Twitter) is not new, but the situation has intensified in recent weeks. It has intensified further now. Chinmayi has been responding to some of them, but the harassment has escalated with users creating and circulating morphed images.
She posted a nude morphed image from an abuser on social media andalso released a video explaining how certain groups are allegedly paying young, idle men on X to attack her and her family.
In her post, she wrote: “I got a morphed image from a page today and tagged the cops — whether legal action will happen or not is not the issue. But I made this video for girls and their families to safeguard against the ‘La*a M**da’ spewing people here who have been paid to do this for the past 8–10 weeks to harass our family.”
She stated that she remains unaffected and that her family stands firmly by her. Chinmayi urged the public to understand how morphed images are being used to harass women in the age of AI, and encouraged families to support their daughters without fear.
