The teaser video gives the first clear glimpse of the dashboard of the upcoming SUV, which reveals that its design has been borrowed from the recently launched XUV 9S. A shelf-like element above the dashboard houses an almost edge-to-edge display, wrapped in tan leather. The teaser also confirms that the new SUV will be equipped with the brand’s latest Adreno X+ connect technology. A closer look at the driver display reveals a layout that isn’t much changed compared to the XUV 700 and also confirms that the SUV will have drive modes.

Mahindra has started pre-booking for the new XUV 7XO in India from December 15. When launched in January, this SUV will compete with the recently launched MG Hector facelift, Tata Harrier and Safari.
