Serie A pacesetters Inter Milan are reportedly desperate to tie Hakan Calhanoglu down to a new long-term contract.
According to Tuttosport via FCInterNewsthe Nerazzurri would be open to selling the Turkish star if they can’t renew his deal.

Hakan Calhanoglu was heavily linked with leaving San Siro in the summer, with Fenerbahce and Galatasaray emerging as his biggest admirers.
Indeed, both Super Lig powerhouses tried to lure the 31-year-old to Istanbul but to no avail.
Despite contacting Calhanoglu’s agent to discuss a potential transfer, they found Inter’s €30 million asking price unreasonable.

In addition to staying at Giuseppe Meazza, Calhanoglu has solidified his status as one of Inter’s headline performers.
Indeed, Cristian Chivu has made the former AC Milan playmaker central to his system.
However, Inter could still decide to cut ties with the Turk at the end of the season.
With Calhanoglu’s contract running out in 2027, the club has a decision to make.
If the player refuses to put pen to paper on a new deal, he could be available for €15 million next summer.
