New 2026 Renault Duster Teaser Out – Design Details Revealed

The new 2026 Renault Duster has been teased ahead of its official debut on 26th January, 2025. The teaser reveals the connected LED taillamps with Renault’s new logo placed in the centre along with front LED DRLs (daytime running lights).

The video pays a nostalgic tribute to the SUV, and starts with children playing with toy Dusters, revising scenes of the original model driving through mountains, juggles and water crossing. It ends with a celebration of the “Gangs of Duster” community, blending memories with adventure and setting the way for the Duster’s return in 2026.

All-New Design

Based on the CMF-B architecture, the new Renault Duster will feature a completely new design language with a few market-specific changes. The front fascia will appear bolder than before with a newly-designed grille, Y-shaped LED headlamps and DRLs, new fog lamp assembly and sporty bumper with large air dams. Other design highlights will include Y-shaped LED taillamps, 18-inch alloy wheels, massive side cladding, pronounced wheel arches and roof rails.

Premium Features

The India-spec new 2026 Renault Duster will have cabin layout and features similar to the globally available model. The all-new SUV will be significantly more upmarket and feature-loaded than the previous generation. The expected feature list includes a 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a 7-inch colour driver display, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a wireless charging pad, a panoramic sunroof, an Arkamys Classic 6-speaker sounds system, ambient lighting, Level 2 ADAS and more.

Engine Options

In India, the new Renault Duster 2026 is likely to be offered with two petrol engine options – a 1.3L turbo and 1.2L mild hybrid. A strong hybrid variant is expected to join the lineup at a later stage. Transmission choices will include both manual and automatic gearboxes, while the 4X4 drivetrain system will be reserved for the higher trims.

Competition

Once launched, the all-new Duster will go head-to-head against the Hyundai Creta, Tata SierraKia Seltos, Maruti Victoris and Grand Vitara, Toyota Hyrider, Honda Elevate, Skoda Kushaq and Volkswagen Taigun.
