The Panigale V4 R is equipped with the Ducati Racing gearbox, with neutral located below first gear, eliminating the possibility of accidentally engaging neutral during sharp braking and corner entries. The electronics package has been upgraded with a new variant of the Ducati Vehicle Observer (DVO) algorithm and a new Race Brake Control, which allows better use of the rear brake during corner entry, allowing the rider to brake late and hard. A special “Grip Meter” on the 6.9-inch TFT display graphically displays an estimate of available grip, making it easier to maintain and maintain a safe lean angle.

The Panigale V4 R also gets new corner sidepods, an innovation inspired by MotoGP. These create “ground effect” at higher lean angles, increasing tire grip for faster cornering speeds. New larger winglets increase downforce by 25% compared to the previous model, improving precision and stability at high speeds. The new Panigale V4 R is produced in a numbered series, and the model name and serial number are proudly displayed on the steering plate, highlighting its exclusivity. The first Panigale V4 R has been delivered to a Ducati customer in Chennai.
