A Tamil Nadu politician AV Raju, a former AIDMK leader, apologized to Trisha, clarifying that his statement had been misunderstood. In a recent video interview, he mentioned that Trisha received Rs 25 lakhs from an MLA as a settlement for the entertainment she provided at a resort.
Deeply hurt by his obscene comments and baseless allegations, Trisha promptly replied that she would pursue legal action against AV Raju. Vishal and other actors came forward to lend their support to Trisha.
The politician now asserts that he did not state that Trisha took the money for any unlawful activity. He apologized, clarifying that his intentions were not as they were perceived by many.
Trisha is still furious for his disgusting allegations and statement.
