So far, we’ve been led to believe that Kamal Haasan plays a full-length antagonist in “Kalki 2898 AD,” a big-budgeted film starring Prabhas directed by Nag Ashwin.
Previously, there were numerous reports that Kamal Haasan would appear briefly in the first part but in full-length villain form in the second part. But now, Kamal Haasan has put an end to the rumors.
Kamal Haasan told The Hindu that he played a guest role in the film. “I finished shooting Indian 2 and Indian 3. I’ll soon resume Mani Ratnam’s Thug Life. And I appeared as a guest in the film Kalki,” he said.
Prabhas plays the protagonist, Bhairva, in the dystopian thriller “Kalki 2898 AD”. Amitabh Bachchan, the legendary actor, plays a crucial role. Deepika Padukone and Disha Patani are the female leads.
The makers previously announced that Kamal Haasan would play the antagonist. He also attended the San Diego Comic-Con International event last year. But now he claims the role he played was a guest one.
