An education system with no transparency is nothing short of a rigged and bogus one. The brightest minds of the country deserve to know how their institutions are run and unfortunately, the best of these institutions are often under attack because of a lack of transparency. An assistant professor at IIT Delhi has accused the administration for wrongfully suspending him from the institute.
The assistant professor took to X to reveal how the Director used a bogus suspension letter to suspend him. An email conversation has been leaked in which the assistant professor can be seen mocking the director and the dean of faculty in an ugly and ungraceful manner.

The language used in the email is the reason why it is getting viral as there are very personal and derogatory comments made in it. However, the controversy transcends beyond it as the administration has allegedly failed to explain his suspension. The email has not been verified and we do not claim any credibility for it.
The assistant professor also accused the committee of making false statements in the report. The hierarchy in institutes like IITs often don’t allow people in the lower ranks to speak up and when they do, they are likely to face actions like these. The system needs some fundamental changes that can ensure voices are heard.
