Young hero Raj Tarun’s latest movie is Purushottamudu. The film was released today. Let’s go to the review and find out how much the audience liked this movie!
Story:
Ram (Raj Tarun) comes to India after completing his studies in London. His father (Murali Sharma) decides to make Ram the CIO of their company. However, Vasu (Ramyakrishna), who owns 50 shares in the company, does not agree. It is reminded that Ram has to remain incognito for 100 days and live like a common man in order to become the CIO of the company. Ram agrees to that condition. How many turns did Ram’s life take after that?, How did Ammulu (Hasini Sudhir) enter into Ram’s life?, Did Ram finally become the CIO of their company? or ? That is the rest of the story.
Plus Points:
Elevation scenes, action scenes and interval sequences in the drama about a rich kid becoming a hero in real life are good. Along with entertainment, some emotional elements are also impressive in the movie. Raj Tarun who played the hero in this movie did very well with his acting, body language and action sequences. Also, Raj Tarun’s performance in some critical scenes is a special attraction of the movie.
Sudheer entertained the heroine Hasini with her glamour. Her performance in some love scenes is also good. Ramya Krishna who played another important role in the movie also did full justice to her role. Muralisharma also impressed in another key role. Prakash Raj also acted very well in the climax. Brahmanandam’s mannerisms are good. His comedy timing is also entertaining. Also, the rest of the cast also performed well in their role.
Minus Points:
Although the main point of this Purushottamu movie is matter.. in writing the screenplay according to that point, the director Ram Bhimana faltered at some places. When a concept like this was taken, it would have been better if the movie had been full of fun and exciting throughout the movie. But, the interesting elements in the first half were missing in the second half. Second half graph should increase but not decrease than first half. But the second half of this Purushottamudu movie is not up to expectations.
It is not good to put melodrama scenes for hero Raj Tarun Rise. Actually, it is not good to show the problems of farmers who grow flowers in this digital world in such a cinematic way. Some of the scenes in this sequence go poorly. Also logics are nowhere to be found. Also, the love track between the hero heroines also lacks the right strength. In the first half, the fun exploded in some places. However, the director could not continue that fun in the second half. With this, the second half feels bored.
Technical Department:
Technically, the work of the technical department in the movie is good. Especially Gopi Sundar’s music is a plus for the movie. Similarly, PG Vinda’s cinematography work is also a highlight of the movie. The editor’s editing is suitable for the film. And the production values followed by the producers Dr. Ramesh Tejawat and Prakash Tejawat in this movie are very good.
Verdict:
The main concept of this movie called Purushottamudu, and few comedy scenes and action scenes are okay. However, along with uninteresting treatment and weak main characterizations, the second half was not up to the expected level, the result of the film was damaged. However, along with Raj Tarun, the screen appearance of Ramya Krishna – Prakash Raj is a plus for the movie. But, overall, this film did not impress.
