Young hero Sreevishnu’s latest movie is ‘Swag’. Directed by Hasit Goli, this movie is released today to impress the audience as a complete comedy entertainer. And let’s go to the review and find out how much the audience liked this movie!

Story:

The story revolves around the succession of a royal family belonging to the Swaganika clan. Police officer Bhavbhuti (Sri Vishnu) is a rude man with no attachment. He lives as a monster, missing his wife who has left him. Feeling (Ritu Varma) on the other hand insists on female existence. She prefers to be of female height. What is the story of Singha (Young Sri Vishnu) in the middle?, What are the songs he fell for views while doing reels?, How did this Swaganika clan come into his life without knowing who the father is?, What is the role of Singha’s mother Revathi (Meera Jasmine)?, Swaganika clan in this whole story Who is the rightful heir?, Who has made any efforts for that inheritance?, Has the heir finally been found? or ? That is the rest of the story.

Plus Points:

From the family story of ‘Raju’ belonging to the Swaganika clan, to the solo track of police officer Bhavabhuti and Singa’s love story, this drama has some fun elements. All in all, this film, which was played in an entertaining mode, has a good message along with some heavy emotions. Especially the five characters played by Sree Vishnu and their cinematography as well as the getups and setup of the respective characters are good. Moreover, the theme of Swaganika Vamsa in the movie is also good.

More than anything else, this movie is very new in Sree Vishnu’s film career. Sree Vishnu has done a good job in this movie as per the circumstances of his character. Ritu Varma, who played the heroine, acted well. Goparaju Ramana, who played another key role, impressed with his performance. Meera Jasmine’s role does not have much scope. However, she has done full justice to her role. Ravi Babu’s acting is also natural. Daksha Nagarkar, Sharanya Pradeep, Sunil, Getup Srinu and the rest of the cast have also acted well in the scope of their roles.

Minus Points:

Although the background of this swag story and the performance of the actors are good, the director Hasit Goli could not create interest in the story. Especially in the drama revolving around the inheritance of the Swaganika clan, the repeated scenes have increased. Along with this, the conflicts and emotions between the characters were not worked out in the second half. Swag’s film disappoints at some places as the screenplay goes on with fake emotions around the illogical point.

Moreover, the track of Raju from the Swaganika clan which appears in the flashback, and the main scenes which appear in the flashback of police officer Bhavbhuti also seem like a mellow drama. In addition to this, the characters are too large and unnecessary discussion here and there for comedy is also not good. Gripping narration is missing mainly in some lead scenes. All in all, the message that was to be conveyed in the story was also routine. Overall the director has not been able to make this swag movie in a fully impressive way.

Technical Department:

Talking about the technicians.. As mentioned earlier, director Hasit Goli’s take is good. However, they failed to write good content. His screenplay is not interesting. Music by music director Vivek Sagar is fine. But the background score of the second half is not impressive in some key scenes. Vedaraman Sankaran’s cinematography work is very good. And the editing work of the editor, Vibhol Naishadam, is also not a problem. Producer TG Vishwaprasad’s production values are very good.

Verdict:

In the story of the legacy of this illustrious family called ‘Swag’..stylish making, some fun moments and some emotional elements do not matter. Also, the performances of Sree Vishnu and the rest of the actors are a plus for the movie. But, the lack of interesting drama in the first half, slow narration at some places, and boring scenes, regular and repeated scenes, especially uninteresting characters are the minuses of the movie. Overall, only a few fun elements connect in this ‘Swag’ movie.
