Comprehensive audio upgrade on my Nissan Magnite: 6 changes made

At the moment, I’ve only installed components for the front speakers. I’m planning to upgrade the rear speakers soon with a pair of Focal coaxials.

BHPian dilsoft recently shared this with other enthusiasts:

Finally upgraded the audio setup in my Magnite! Since no one has posted about an audio upgrade for a Magnite in this forum yet, this might be the first one.
Here’s my setup:

  1. Focal K2 Power 165 KR Component speakers.
  2. ALPINE MRX-F65 1300W 4-Channel Amp (saved from my previous car)
  3. Alpine Monoblock Amp (also saved from my previous car)
  4. Rockford Fostage R-1 subwoofer (also saved from my previous car)
  5. Rockford Fostage DSR-1 digital processor.
  6. Blaupunkt and Scosche cables

The stock speakers that come with the Nissan Magnite are subpar to the core. I’ve been tolerating this lackluster sound for the past two years. Now that my warranty has expired, I finally have the freedom to replace them!

I tried to get a good view of head unit’s backside but couldn’t as he didn’t fully remove it. He connect the cables to the DSP from one of the sockets.

Used infinity door damping material. The beautiful yellow coned Focal subwoofer can be seen.

Placement of Tweeter.

Mr. Shakeer, Team BHP’s go-to audio installer in Hyderabad, did a fantastic job with the installation and fine-tuning of the DSP.

I hope this thread helps other Magnite owners. Feel free to ask any questions, and I’ll do my best to respond.
