In 2011, a song of Dhanush went quite viral. This song was probably the first song which went ‘viral’. Composed music for the first time in 2012
Anirudh Ravichander is not a new name for Tamil Industry or South Industry. ‘Jawaan’ is his first Hindi film. Anirudh was born on 16 October 1990 in Chennai. He is the son of actor Ravi Raghavendra and classical dancer Lakshmi Ravichander. Rajinikanth’s wife Lata is Rajinikanth’s nephew Anirudh.
Rajinikanth’s daughter Aishwarya tested Anirudh’s musical talent and gave him the task of composing the music for Dhanush and Shruti Hassan’s 2012 Tamil film, ‘3’.
10 crores given for the music of ‘Jawan’
According to media reports, Anirudh has been given a fee of Rs 10 crore for giving the music of ‘Jawaan’. It is being told that even AR Rahman does not charge so much for his films. AR Rahman charges a fee of Rs 8 crore for giving music in a film.
Reason for late entry in Hindi films?
If media reports are to be believed, Anirudh first wanted to establish his foot in the Tamil industry. He has been given 3 Filmfare Awards, 9 SIIMA Awards, 6 Edison Awards, 5 Vijay Awards for music.
Anirudh has given music for many films, AR Murugadoss gave him a chance in 2014’s ‘Kaththi’. Anirudh also gave the music of Rajinikanth’s ‘Petta’ which came in 2019, this was the high point of his career.
