Still, none were willing to provide on-the-record statements, and their sentiments regarding their experiences on ‘The Tonight Show’ were predominantly negative.

According to the report, numerous sources have claimed that Jimmy Fallon has a track record of experiencing “outbursts” and directing his frustrations toward staff when faced with high-pressure situations.

It’s been noted that the guest dressing rooms have earned the informal nickname of “cry rooms,” serving as spaces where employees could seek solace and release pent-up stress.

As of now, ‘The Tonight Show’ finds itself in an unexpected pause, as labor disputes involving the Writers Guild of America (WGA) and the Screen Actors American Federation of Television and Radio Artists (SAG-AFTRA) unions have brought the production to a temporary standstill.
