The presence of major companies like Tesla, Toyota, Texas Instruments, Samsung, and Dell further enhances their appeal, attracting tech talent, including Telugu NRIs.
Many consultancies and recruitment firms run by Telugus in Dallas have also seen substantial profits, contributing to the demand for land.
However, there are concerns about fraudulent real estate activities targeting NRIs, emphasizing the importance of caution when making transactions.
