As per the latest reports, Prabhas’ Salaar is going to be released on December 22 and a clash with SRK’s Dunki is on.
After Baahubali, not a single film of Prabhas satisfied his fans or audience and achieved break even. His films got big openings but fizzled out after the initial weekend due to poor content. It has been the case of only openings and no happenings for Prabhas.
Prabhas is rightly called the biggest pan-India star but his films have not been able to justify that title conferred to him. But with Salaar, things will get clarified whether Prabhas is the Number 1 or not.
Shah Rukh Khan is also considered the biggest star in India right now who delivered two 1000 crore grossers, Pathaan and Jawan, within a span of 9 months which is phenomenal. Now he has teamed up with blockbuster director Rajkumar Hirani for Dunki and that film is also expected to collect 1000 crores worldwide.
If Salaar can beat Dunki at the box office, then all doubts will be cleared and Prabhas will undisputedly emerge as the number-one star in India right now. Or else, SRK might walk away with the throne.
