Jodhpur A fair was organized on Monday in Khejarli village of the district. In this event known as Martyrdom Fair, people of the society performed Havan by reciting 120 words of Lord Guru Jambheshwar. Tributes were paid to 363 martyrs who were martyred for the protection of trees. 511 youth donated blood in the camp.

Nagaur Nearly five lakh devotees attended the two-day fair held at Sansthan Kharnal, the birthplace of Veer Tejaji. A religious gathering was organized on this occasion. A 14 kilometer cycle race competition was held on Monday evening. On the eve of Sunday night, Teja singing was organized.

Ajmer Thakurji’s Rewari was taken out with much fanfare on Monday on Jaljhulani Ekadashi at Mayo College, established in 1875 in Ajmer in the name of Lord Mayo. In Rewari, school students wearing kurta-pajama, Jodhpuri suit and Chunari turban performed the traditional ritual of swinging Thakurji’s palanquin.

Kotri (Bhilwara) On Jaljhulani Ekadashi in Kotri, Thakurji’s Bewan went on a city tour and water excursion on Monday at Kotri Shyam Darbar. During this time a large number of devotees gathered. Thakur ji used to go to Jaljhulan riding on the shoulders of devotees.
