The clash between Prabhas’ Salaar and Shah Rukh Kha’s Dunki has started taking ugly turns.
Yesterday on social media Shah Rukh Khan fans started sharing interviews of Prashanth Neel and music director Ravi Basrur where they accepted that Salaar is going to be a remake or an updated version of 2014’s Ugram directed by Prashanth himself.
They started spreading the news that audiences should prefer to watch original content (Dunki) over a rehashed film like Salaar.
In a surprising twist of events, Ugram has been removed from YouTube. The reports suggest that producers of Salaar, Homable films, got Ugram removed from YouTube.
The removal of “Ugram” from YouTube shortly after the rumors of “Salaar” being its remake has fueled the speculations that indeed Salaar is a revamped version of Ugram.
Prabhas’ fans, on the other hand, are countering by suggesting that Dunki might be a remake of Dulquer Salmaan’s 2017 film CIA.
This film has already been remade in Hindi as Shiddat on OTT. Rajkumar Hirani is known for original films, so there are little chances of Dunki being a remake.
The clash between these two highly anticipated movies is creating a never-before buzz for both films. The hype of other biggies like Tiger 3 and Animal has died down because of this clash.
Fans of SRK and Prabhas are passionately defending their respective projects and attacking the opponent films with full force.
