Delhi: An earthquake occurred in the national capital, Delhi. Earthquakes hit Delhi and many parts of North India on Tuesday. At 2:25 PM, several parts of North India, including Delhi-NCR, Punjab, Haryana, were hit by an earthquake. The National Center for Seismology (NCS) said that the magnitude of the earthquake was 6.2 on the Richter scale. According to NCS, the source of the earthquake was at a depth of 5 km in Nepal. Many people in North India felt strong tremors for a minute due to the earthquake. All of them were terrified. They ran out of houses and offices. Recently, it is known that the earth shook in Assam and Meghalaya.

Meanwhile, Dutch researcher Frank Hoogerbeets, who predicted the devastating earthquakes that occurred in Turkey and Syria earlier this year, posted on Monday on Xlo (Twitter) about the possibility of an earthquake originating near Pakistan. “On September 30 we recorded weather fluctuations in Pakistan and some areas near it. It is correct. It may be an indicator of strong tremors to come (like in Morocco). But we cannot say for sure that it will happen,” he said.
